Mental Programming

What really is Mental Programming? How to remove negative programming from our mind? How to cope with programmes that keep returning to us?

Few days ago I was attending a networking event where key note speaker talked about reprogramming our mind from the negative to positive. His speach was based on his own experience and how he managed to get himself out of that damaging programming. While he was speaking, I was concentrating on his presentation and watched the audience looking for the signs of their reaction to his words. My findings were quite regular to my experience and findings supported by many years of observations. What I found on this occasion is a confirmation of the fact, that the solution to a problem must have a number of options, or resolutions to the same problem. What I mean is that there cannot be one universal solution to a problem. The reason being is that humans react to suggestions individually, and though one solution could work for us, may not work for others. Therefore, when we speak to a selection of individuals that we coach individually or in  a group, we must have several options for the resolution of a problem.

Let say, that one has some issues with deep programming  concerning his/her inability to make decisions that will change their life for better, or is lacking consistency in life, thus being stuck in poverty. In such a case, the system of turning negative thoughts in to positive thoughts may work with some individuals, but will not do anything to others. There is no uniformity in blocks that hold on to an individual. Therefore it is critical that programming must be first correctly identified before a cure can be directed.

As an example, allow me to bring in to this article a case that is proving to be extremely challenging. John (Name has been changed) is in a same sex relationship for over twenty years. His parents and sibling have never accepted his homosexuality, more over, from the very early years of his life he was subjected to very bad programming, mainly a fear of being unwanted, not worthy, etc. His adult life was in similar circumstances, plus one sided love. His unconditional love toward his life partner is so deep rooted that John was and is ready to do anything only to keep this one sided relationship going. In fact he is now overwhelmed by fear so much that he does not accept any argument what so ever in an attempt to make him to have clear thoughts and making clear decisions. Over the last six sessions we are working on his highly toxic relationship that is taking John down the suicide lane.As part of his coaching sessions we attended the above mentioned event for two reasons. First was to change John`s environment as he is not seeing or meeting other people than his clients and his jobless partner, who openly takes advantage of John`s love toward him. John knows that Bill don`t love him, and never has done so.

As I observed others on the event, I was also watching John and his reaction to the tips given by the speaker. As it turned out, John has not taken any of the presentation to his heart. When we discussed the presentation, John told me that not only did he did not listen to it, but the content did not catch his attention at all. John did not see anyway that these points would help him.

My strategy for the work with John is based on two key coaching tools, and other unconventional models of work. One of my tools that I use in my work are Angelic Cards, I am also using knowledge of several world wide experts such as Louise Hay, Collin Tipping and Jack Canfield. But the biggest tool is my inner voice, otherwise known as intuition. John`s programmes are based on fear, holding on to beliefe`s and not allowing himself to accept change. John does not allow him self to dream either, thus his emotions are also very fragile. The other difficulty is that John has no clear goals for him self, his life, his future. The fear is gripping him completely, thus paralyzing his mind all together.

It has become clear that my work with John has to be based on a number of options of reprogramming his mind and allowing him self to accept the best way forward. We have worked very hard and finally during our last session, John rediscovered himself and his ability to change his life. We have used several different clearing methods in order to find the one that triggered the change in John.

The above example is possible one that stand out in comparison to majority of coachees, but it is one that confirms one key element of coaching skills. It is the realization of the fact that in coaching, one must be prepared to reach to a full array of conventional and unconventional tools in order to be successful in working with clients.

It also means and prove that Mental Programming can really damage peoples life. Therefore, we as adults should take up on us responsibility to guide and teach our children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, unconditional love, harmony, respect, gratitude, passion, and help them to understand the impact of these on our lives. Sergiey Lazariev, a Russian doctor, who is working for the last forty years on the diagnostics of Karma, believes that our minds are programmed for up to five generations prior to our birth. If it is so, we humans, have a big responsibility on our hands with regards to the future generations.

How to Slow Down Your Mind?

FEATURE: How to Slow Your Spinning Mind

Note: Bonus audio included in this issue.
Have you ever laid in bed trying to fall asleep, but your mind keeps spinning with all the things you need to do? Your thoughts just keep ticking?
We wind ourselves up like a motor when we pile on more things than can possibly get done in the time frame have. When we rush to appointments, speed in the car, load up on coffee, smoke on our breaks and make it to places "just in time", it's no wonder some of us can have a hard settling in for the night. Or settling in for the day!
So how can we keep our mind from spinning?

Life and Death?

Most of what is keeping our minds whirling isn't as serious as we make it out to be. Besides keeping yourself physically safe, nothing has to happen. Getting something for the kids or trying to make it to the hairdresser appointment is not life or death. Most of the time if things don't get done when we think they should get done, life stills goes on. When you are out sick, the world doesn't stop revolving. We forget this because we like to stay busy and experience the adrenaline rush.

Take Time Out For Yourself

I know I say this often, but it is so important to have a time when nothing is planned and you aren't bothered by the kids. Maybe you can get some pampering done, like a massage. Yoga is wonderful because it allows you to be physical, and can act like a busy person's meditation.

Drop Some "To Do's"

It's likely you have a LOT going on. Is there anything you can drop from your to do list? Do you have a committee you are on that you don't like and is just taking up time? Do you dislike housecleaning or gardening? Find a housekeeper or gardener! Get rid of to do's that take up time, but don't add to the quality of your life.

Have a Quiet Evening

Usually the times I have trouble sleeping are when I have worked too late or have been watching an action packed movie right before bed. The computer screen and the quick-paced movie are too stimulating late at night. Try turning off the computer or TV at least an hour before bed. Relax with some soft music or a book instead.

Leave Work at Work

I heard a story of a man who felt extremely guilty when he was at work because he wasn't spending time with his family. Then, when he went home he felt guilty that he wasn't working. He was miserable most of the time....until one day he had a flash of insight. He decided he would enjoy work when he was at work and enjoy his family when he was at home. Living in the moment helped him be happier.
Can you experiment with focusing on where you are?

As you can see, just a few simple changes can bring you closer to a calmer and more peaceful mind.

Henry Ford Said: " If you think yo can do it or if you can not do it, you are right". This is all subject to the state of our mindset.

The right mindset will take you places that you dream of, providing your attitude will go along with your mindset.

The film above is a true story of a Korean man, who from the age of 5 yrs was fending for him self, living on the street. Survived not by stilling, but by hard work, selling chewing gum and soft drinks to be able to keep him self alive. being only five, his instincts and the right mindset took him through 10 years of hardship. No one around him, no family, no security, yet one thing that kept him going was his strong and profound belief in his life and future. Sung-bong-Choi , thought him self to read, write and sing. And what a singer he is!!!!! A wonderful tone of voice that moved the audience and the judges to tears. Choi is now having a new life, a life that he has dreamed of and strived for. It is not a mega success yet, but he is getting there,he is a very wise young man, who is now under the supervision of people who want to help him to achieve his goals. he has a team of people who are helping him to get his goals.

Only few minutes ago, I used this example , speaking to the team of my colleagues in another line of business I do. Without them seeing this film yet, they were moved to the ground, imagine what will this film do, when they actually see it. What it will do to you???

I tell you what it did to me. I don`t have a big network of people as yet, but I know, and strongly believe that in the next few days, I will have a strong group of like minded people round me, who, like me, want to achieve their goals and will want to do it with me. I do not know how to "con" people, but I do know, how to honestly and without persuasion move people to do things of their own free will. I believe that honesty is the best way forward and best way to gain the momentum.

So, dear friend, if by reading this post, you feel that you wish to be part of my team here, and want to work with me to gain your goals, which in turn allow to achieve me my own, I welcome you to the team, for I know, that the strength is in the team, what ever we do, a team work is the power.

“Everything you want is out there waiting for you to ask. Everything you want also wants you. But you have to take action to get it.” - Jack Canfield

Another great motivation person I have come to admire and respect is Nick Voijic. See This, below.

The above quote is one of my favourites. I hope that it will become yours too.

Slow Your Mind Spinning

Have you ever laid in bed trying to fall asleep, but your mind keeps spinning with all the things you need to do? Your thoughts just keep ticking?
We wind ourselves up like a motor when we pile on more things than can possibly get done in the time frame have. When we rush to appointments, speed in the car, load up on coffee, smoke on our breaks and make it to places "just in time", it's no wonder some of us can have a hard settling in for the night. Or settling in for the day!
So how can we keep our mind from spinning?

Is It Really , Life and Death?

Most of what is keeping our minds whirling isn't as serious as we make it out to be. Besides keeping yourself physically safe, nothing has to happen. Getting something for the kids or trying to make it to the hairdresser appointment is not life or death. Most of the time if things don't get done when we think they should get done, life stills goes on. When you are out sick, the world doesn't stop revolving. We forget this because we like to stay busy and experience the adrenaline rush.Often, we make lots of wind.

The Key is to manage your time!
Here are some suggestions for you to consider.

1.Take Time Out For Yourself

I know I say this often, but it is so important to have a time when nothing is planned and you aren't bothered by the kids. Maybe you can get some pampering done, like a massage. Yoga is wonderful because it allows you to be physical, and can act like a busy person's meditation.

Shake off the news on TV, or a film you just watched. Shake off the computer screen, the Facebook pages and so on.

You will discover a whole new world out there that will bring you joy.
